My guess is that:
1. forum sends an email to Zobraks.
2. email is received via new message on his mobile phone.
3. His mobile phone is set to "vibrate so hard so that the neighbour's cat feels an earthquake, starts meowing, jumps on the neighbour and scratches his bald head all over".
4. Neighbour, all in blood, starts banging on Zobraks' door, and, once he opens, punches him in the face.
Therefore - every time Zobraks receives a punch in the face, he knows that someone wrote something in this topic. There's no other explanation.
