That's right. I wanted to have a forum name that wasn't my real name, but still was close. And since I have Russian ancestors on my mother's side Jelena was a perfect choice.
When changing my forum name Uptimist called me the Russian assassin in leather (or something like that). Considering I'm a middle aged teenage mum, I was very flattered.

Why does everyone have to change their usernames! You'd think people were attached to them, when they chose it.

I mean, I've always used "Jazhara7" ever since I first contributed to the Internet. I can't imagine ever using another one.

Also, I like "Giligan".

To be honest, I like Giligan. But what can I say, I changed mine so I know the feeling.

I always thought it was "Banana Phone"...

Well, yeah. Actually, Gilligan was my first internet name. How it lost one of the l's is a long story, but I've used quite a few different names.

A thread most controversial, that’s what I want to start
Full of impassioned arguments, of posting from the heart
And for this stimulation all will be thankful to me
On come on everybody it won’t work if you agree

Good point.

"Even a man who's pure of heart and says his prayers at night may become a wolf when the wolfbane blooms and the autumn moon is bright."

Just to offset the bright, primary-colored Raffi-love.

It's a long road to paradise
Lord, I feel the pain
They said that things be different now,
But I still hurt the same
Haze gray and underway, a world away from you
And miles and miles of blue...

On a hot summer night would you offer your throat to the wolf with the red roses?

And break left
Watch out for the pick
And keep an eye on defense
Gotta run the give and go
And take the ball to the hole
But don't be afraid
To shoot the outside "J"

Listen to them. Children of the night. What music they make!

What shall we do about poor little Tigger?
If he never eats nothing, he'll never get bigger.
He doesn't like honey and haycorns and thistles
Because of the taste and because of the bristles.
And all the good things which an animal likes
Have the wrong sort of swallow or too many spikes.
