Dead Reefs - Not full screen
Hello,
I received Dead Reefs two days ago and I can't get it to run full screen... there seem to be no video options, only keyboard and audio My screen is set to 1600x1200 but the game starts in the left top corner covering approx. 3/4 of the screen. Does anyone now how to adjust this... there is a config file in game folder I have a Asus XTX1950 video card with Catalyst drivers with latest drivers running on XP SP2 Thank you. ShAdOwHuNtEr |

Did you use the settings option from the start menu?

Hi Dale Baldwin,
Hmhm, no, I tried it from within the game and there is no video setting. I will try from the autoplay menu, makes sense I will let you know With best regards, ShAdOwHuNtEr |

Try pushing the Auto-button on the monitor, I asume it's a flat one. Usually does the trick.

Whereas there is an option if you do what I said. It let me choose my fullscreen resolution anyway.

Within the folder, where you installed the game, you will find the Launcher.exe. Try clicking on that. It helped me solve the error i got when i first started the game and the executable from the game crashed.

personally I can't stand these kind controls and gave it up after 5 minutes because of that. Using a FPS keyboard control scheme for a 3rd person adventure game Just Doesn't Work!

Hi,
What a dissapointment... I seems the resolution can only be set to 1028x1024 using the launcher. My screen is set to 1600x1200 and the game does not go full screen. I have to change my monitos settings to enjoy this game full screen All drivers are updated... Any one else had more luck ? BTW: I do hate the controls too but the game appealed to me since I first heard of it ShAdOwHuNtEr |

Does this game have gamepad support (or the potential of setting it up yourself)?

If there is no mouse control in the game then it makes the game less interesting for me. Weird to make the game that way. Hopefully it will get changed. Is the camera similar to tomb raider or is it more like broken sword 3.

A bit of both. In some places they're fixed point, but in others it stays behind your character (in a possible motion-sickness-inducing fashion). Control appears to be keyboard-only, but I don't have a gamepad to see if that gets picked up. There aren't any options for one though.
