Default Culpa Innata Won't Load on XP

Just got culpa innata and it won't even boot. I hear it struggling but it just won't load in the disk drive someone please help.

It was sent from america and I'm playing it in the UK maybe the region is wrong?

If so is there a program I can download to make it work in my dvd rom drive?

You have to give it time.
This game actually has to download the whole setup file to harddrive before it starts the install
For some it took an hour or so...

It doesn't even boot though, it won't even load or recognise there's a disk in there. When I click the d: drive it says insert a disk even though culpa innata is in there

Try rebooting the PC anc check the disk for scratches.

Have you checked another CD/DVD in the drive to make sure it's not broken?

Maybe an update of the firmware for the DVD drive will help.

I installed the game on my machine (Windows XP Media Edition) with no problem. However, when I went to actually run the game, a window appeared, demanding that I type in some code number. Which I don't have; nothing came with the game, a DVD edition I bought at Best-Buy.

Anyone have any advice on how to proceed?

Thanx, Antoinetta III

Antoinetta,

Check the back of the manual, there should be a 13 number/letter ID.
