Chronicles of Mystery: Curse of the Ancient Temple unleashed on DS
Reimagined handheld version of PC original gets casual game treatment

City Interactive has today released Chronicles of Mystery: Curse of the Ancient Temple in North America for the Nintendo DS.

In Curse of the Ancient Temple, young archeologist Sylvie Leroux heads to France at the request of her famous historian uncle, only to find he has mysteriously disappeared. Players must help Sylvie to decipher clues to the secrets of the Knights Hospitaller in order to find her missing relative.

If the story sounds familiar, it’s because this new handheld release is a casual reimagining of the original Chronicles of Mystery: The Scorpio Ritual for the PC, now combining “classic point-and-click gameplay with popular hidden object puzzles”.

Chronicles of Mystery: Curse of the Ancient Temple will soon be available in major retailers, sold at a budget price of $19.99.
