The scenic Italian island of Capri should be a popular virtual vacation spot this summer. With the international version of Anacapri: The Dream now shipping from the publisher's online store and the North American version due out in August, adventurers will soon be flocking back to the locale first visited in A Quiet Weekend in Capri.

To help mark the occasion, developers Silvio and Gey Savarese have released a second set of animated screenshots from the new game. The screenshots introduce some of the unique characters from the game, and feature not only ambient animations, but also full sound effects and even speech in some cases.

Like its predecessor, Anacapri is a photorealistic first-person adventure that will have players exploring a wide variety of locations on the island. This time around, players will be searching for a legendary black obsidian disk, a dangerous artifact of incredible power. To read more about the game, check out our hands-on preview.

The new screenshot pack comes with its own installer, and the 65 MB download can be found at the game's official website.
