As was promised when the game was announced, a playable demo for East Side Story: A Carol Reed Mystery has just been released.

In this fourth mystery of the series, Carol thinks she's on a relaxing vacation, free from work and mysteries, when a letter arrives from a friend vacationing in Paris, telling her of a dead vagrant found in the Swedish apartment of his friend. He asks her to look into the matter and soon Carol finds her holiday has ended and another case has begun.

The playable demo takes place at the beginning of the game as Carol is relaxing in her garden. Soon she finds herself learning of what will be her most complex case to date. The 58 MB demo can be downloaded from the official website.
